Setup and support

MeasureMate calculates prices for made-to-measure Shopify products. Open the installed app from Apps in Shopify admin; no separate account is needed.

Before you start

You need access to manage products and customize an Online Store theme that supports app blocks. Use a duplicate theme to check compatibility before publishing changes.

Get your first calculator ready

  1. Choose a plan in the app. Shopify shows the price and any available trial before you approve. Development stores use test billing.
  2. Create a draft calculator from a template. Replace sample rates, confirm units and limits, and preview a few realistic measurements.
  3. Assign a product, activate the calculator and wait for product sync to finish.
  4. In the product template, add the MeasureMate Calculator app block and save. Enable MeasureMate cart editing under App embeds if shoppers should edit measurements in the cart.
  5. Run the dashboard health check, then test the product page, full cart and checkout. Confirm that two identical $60 items cost $120 before tax, discounts or shipping.
  6. Complete a test order and check that measurements and options appear in its line item details before selling to customers.

Common issues

No calculator: check the product assignment, Active status, sync result and app block on that product template.

Wrong price or blocked checkout: run the health check and review the calculator formula, units and product configuration. Quantity helpers estimate material needs; cart quantity counts projects.

Cannot edit the cart: enable the cart editing app embed and test the full cart page. Cart drawers and custom themes may need additional compatibility checks.

Include your shop domain, calculator name or ID, expected and actual price, steps to reproduce, and a screenshot. Do not send passwords, API tokens, payment details or customer information.

Billing and removal

Review your current plan under Pricing in the app. To stop using MeasureMate, uninstall it through Shopify admin. Contact support about billing questions or refund requests; review any charge details shown by Shopify.
